EXAMINATION

The final examination in theory and practical are held at the end of the session in March/April and in supplementry exams in September/ October. A candidate has declared successful passout on scoring minimum aggregate of 33% in each subject.

AGE & SEX

There will be no restriction of age ,caste, sex, region,country under open and Distance/Private Education system of the board.

MEDIUM

MGBSVET offers its courses mainly in English and Hindi mediums.
The medium of each education programme will be according to their Regional Language/ State Language/ Country Language.
The question paper is bilingual (Hindi & English) in Secondary and Sr.Secondary for learners opted for Hindi/English medium of study. However, learners are free to write their answer in any of the scheduled language. This instructions are also given in the examination instructions of Answer Sheet.

Rules & Regulations

  • Check necessary information about the board before admission, the board will not be held responsible after that.
  • Fees once paid shall not be refunded or changed under any circumstances.
  • Every student abides to and obtains to present rule and regulations and directions of the board and also those which are to be enforced time to time.
  • Any change of the rules & regulation directions by the exam body shall be acceptable by the student.
  • If any document found bogus the admission and result shall be cancelled without any prior notice.
  • If student fails to deposit the fees in due time the admission shall be canceled without any prior notice and any primary deposit fees shall not be refunded.
  • If document is lost in the post, the board will not be held responsible.
  • If any student / members / teachers / employees of any institute / center have any dispute with the board it shall be resolved through the committee appointed by the MGBSVET, Kerala under Indian Arbitration Act 1940. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties, Direct Court will not be permissible.

Duplicate Copies

The Board will issue Hall Ticket, Mark sheet, Certificate and Migration. Students are requested keep their Admit card, Mark-sheet, Certificate & Migration safely which is issuing by the authority. If lost any above, send us:

  •  Application in a white paper, To the Registerar, Mahatma Gandhi Board of Secondary & Vocational Education and Training.
  •  Attach a copy of missing dairy (FIR) copy form local police.
  •  Photo copy of lost documents.
    • Duplicate Fees

Send the above mentioned documents to Project Development Office,

*Within 90 days the duplicate document(s) shall be obtained.
